9 paintings tell the story of the Firebird.This is Scene 2. The "Firebird Dance" also known as "Prelude and Dance of the Firebird". This scene is an energetic, magical dance of the firebird.
The Firebird is a ballet and orchestral concert work by the Russian composer Igor Stravinsky.
These images were painted while listening to the music, incorporating the energy and emotion felt from the music and putting that into imagery on the canvas.
